Victoria has specialised in energy corporate finance since 2014. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC before holding roles in the energy corporate finance teams at JLL and PKF. Her experience spans a wide range of technologies, with a particular focus on solar and battery energy storage systems, where she is well‑regarded within the UK market.
Victoria’s skillset includes business development, strategic client engagement, commercial negotiation and financial modelling, enabling her to support clients across the full transaction lifecycle.
She recently advised Voltalia on the sale of a 20MW pre‑construction solar project to Liberty Global, and Triplepoint on the sale of an operational rooftop solar portfolio.
Victoria will take responsibility for proactively managing the transaction process, ensuring it is delivered smoothly, efficiently and with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcome for you.
