Tom joined Knight Frank’s Valuation & Advisory Team in 2007 and his primary role in Valuations is to provide portfolio valuation advice to fund managers on a monthly, quarterly and annual reporting programme. His advice covers all mainstream commercial property sectors with a specialism in the Out of Town Retail and Leisure sectors.
