Thomas began his career at Arnold & Baldwin Chartered Surveyors, providing secured lending valuations on residential and commercial properties. In 2021, he joined Workman LLP on the RICS Graduate Programme, managing office and industrial assets across London and the South East. After qualifying in 2023, Thomas moved to Knight Frank’s Property & Asset Management team, focusing on the management of multi-let offices. He specialises in service charge consultancy, proactive property management, and dispute resolution.
