An experienced Rating practitioner having spent 35 years working in two Scottish Assessors offices in that time. The last 10 years were spent as Assistant Assessor, managing the Aberdeen City Valuation Division. Over that time, he has given evidence as expert witness for the Assessor in numerous Rating and Council Tax appeals and latterly, he chaired the Office and Leisure Working Group of the Scottish Assessors Association.
