Rossella works within the Central London Valuation & Advisory team and conducts both one-off valuations for secured lending, accounts and tax purposes, as well as regular valuations on a quarterly and biannual basis.
She undertakes regular accounts valuations for Central London portfolios. In addition, Rossella undertakes loan security valuations for all the major lenders within the Central London market.
Rossella has experience in all forms of Central London valuations, including ground rents and developments.
