Robin joined Knight Frank in December 2013 and has spent his time managing large central London assets on behalf of private investors and funds. Robin has in- depth knowledge of day-to-day management issues such as service charges, health and safety, tenant applications and leases alongside providing strategic Landlord & Tenant advice. Robin also has comprehensive experience in major refurbishment projects such as on-floor air conditioning, receptions, lifts and M&E plant.
Robin delivers strategic Design for Management advice to clients currently undertaking major refurbishment projects and has recently mobilised 100 Fetter Lane. Robin also provides due diligence advice for clients who are purchasing new assets.
