Richard joined Knight Frank in April 2021 and has 13 years of experience in commercial property management. He has worked in a number of the top real estate advisory practices as well as a role client side. He brings a unique perspective having worked on all manner of management mandates, from some of the largest pension fund portfolio instructions (Aviva, AXA, M&G and Standard Life) as well as having managed high profile trophy assets for wealth funds and family trusts.
Richard has experience in major projects, refurbishments, drafting service charge clauses, phased PPM works and the management of complex multi-schedule service charge budgets.
Richard’s experience and commercial acumen allows him to spot opportunities for both clients and the buildings that he manages, in some instances before being appointed on the management. His lateral thinking and experience has allowed him to make significant savings and strategic financial planning for both occupiers and the service charge budgets he manages.
