Karen sits within the Central London Property Management team, working with a variety of clients and multi tenanted London based buildings.
Karen has vast experience managing a portfolio of occupiers, including retail, office and food and beverage operators. Karen oversees all aspects of management such as lease events, licences, project works, building service charge budgets, reconciliations, and insurance. Karen works closely with Charlotte Owen and Mike Thornton to deliver high end management services.
