Janet is part of the Central London Property Management team and has an in-depth knowledge of day-to-day management matters including service charges, health and safety, occupier applications and leases alongside providing strategic landlord and tenant advice on commercial assets. She also has comprehensive experience in refurbishment projects such as receptions, lifts and M&E plant, post renovation building set up and mobilisation.
Since joining Knight Frank in 2019, Janet has worked with a number of clients and managed assets for clients, including overseas, who own trophy assets in the UK.
