Jack joined Knight Frank as a graduate in June 2014 and gained membership of the RICS in May 2016 and has wide ranging experience in both commercial and residential sectors.
Jack has a depth of knowledge and experience in performing traditional building surveying roles for both landlords and tenants; including dilapidations advice, building and condition surveys, planned preventative maintenance programming, reinstatement cost assessments and party wall advice.
In addition, Jack has significant experience in Contract Administration, Employer’s Agent duties, and Project Management across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
