Ian brings 24 years of energy corporate finance experience, having held senior roles at KPMG and EY. He specialises in raising equity and debt for energy and infrastructure transactions and advising investors across the sector. His track record spans a broad range of technologies, including onshore and offshore wind, biomass, energy-from-waste, solar PV and battery storage. He has also led numerous secondary market transactions across the renewable energy landscape.
Ian has recently advised a listed yieldCo on the sale of operating solar PV assets, as well as Schroders Greencoat on the acquisition of a portfolio of operating and under‑construction solar farms. Throughout the transaction process, Ian provides clear, commercially informed guidance to support confident decision‑making and secure the best possible outcome for clients.
