Harriet Brown is a Partner in the Development Land Valuation team with over 15 years’ experience in the residential and commercial property markets. Her area of focus is development schemes within prime central London and the Home Counties.
She has experience of undertaking valuations and providing development advisory for a wide range of residential led projects ranging from boutique London developments to large‐scale regional housebuilder sites.
Harriet works with a wide range of clients in this area including all form of lending institutions alongside large investors and developers. She has provided valuation advice in respect of land disposals and acquisitions, as well as development advice to Local Authorities, educational users and public sector bodies.
