Freddie Seymour is a Surveyor within the Central London Property Management team. He joined the firm in November 2023 on the graduate scheme and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2025. During his graduate rotations, Freddie gained experience in London Office Leasing and Retail Fund Valuations, as well as spending six months with the Property Management team before returning in April 2025 in a permanent role. He now works across a diverse portfolio of assets in Central London, delivering comprehensive management services including service charge oversight, lease compliance, and tenant engagement.
