Emma joined Knight Frank in September 2022 and is based in the Bristol Commercial office as a Senior Rating Specialist within the UK Rating Team, covering Bristol and the southwest.
Emma works with both landlords and tenants to reduce and minimise their rates liabilities. Emma provides advice to a range of private and public sector clients across all types of non-domestic properties from shops, offices and warehouses to schools, libraries and show homes.
