Aimée joined the Knight Frank Residential Development team in July 2013, to assist in the evaluation of residential development-led schemes within the City of London, East London, Essex, North Kent and East Anglia. Whilst in the team she has contributed to a number of the service lines the department offers including Development Consultancy, New Homes and Valuation. Aimée now specialises in Land Agency, running and managing the City & East Land team on the day-to-day basis, alongside James Barton.
Aimee has worked with a number of vendors and purchasers of buildings and sites throughout her time at Knight Frank where her main objective has been advising on the viability and feasibility of land opportunities to maximise the value return for her clients.
